Spanwise is self-hostable AI agent observability built for teams that got burned — by per-seat bills, by an acquisition of their vendor, or by both.

The product does four things: ingest traces (OTel-compatible), let you read them back, run evals on agent outputs, attribute per-model cost, and keep a tamper-evident audit log you can verify independently.

The business model is flat per-workspace pricing with unlimited seats. No per-seat tax, no trace-overage ambush pricing, no enterprise sales call.

What we're not

• We don't claim feature parity with LangSmith — we claim specific wedges (price, self-host, audit logs).
